Excellent Stay!

The room is spacious, comfort and clean. The staff are helpful. Free bicycle rental available there. The location is strategic, super convenient to night market, food restaurants, morning markets within walking distance and even more convenient with their bicycles plus an extra thoughtful handphone holder in each bicycle. There are free usage of washing machines and dryers in the basement which highly recommended to who travel long period in Taiwan like us. The breakfast full of variety, even with variety of flower tea (not tea pack, are dried flowers tea ingredients c/w guidelines of mix + match flowers), coffee machine with match latte, beef soup on the spot, and etc. Due to Sunday's crowd, the staff let us choose the section of breakfast in advance when we check-in. This hotel is considered fully covered all needs of hotel guests which surprise me! The hotel's management is really present their professionalism in this hospitality industry. Thank you.

Will strongly recommend this hotel to all that come to Tainan

For a family of 3, the room is spacious, bedding set is excellent????, in terms of pillows, bedsheet silky smooth, super comfortable. Laundry room is excellent as well.. front counter staff are friendly n helpful. Will stay again for sure!

Excellent Location.

The room size is very big. Bigger than my expectation. The welcome fruit platter is very thoughtful. They even give us cake n juice to celebrate my husband's birthday. Very thoughtful and kind. The location is next to a famous hamburger shop. Breakfast is good too.

There is nothing that I don't like . Everything is good.

Very professional and welcoming staff

It was pouring rain during our stay. The front desk had spare umbrellas to loan which was a huge help and ordered us taxis so we didn't have to search in the rain. Very clean and still following strict covid protocols during July. Noticed staff speaking Japanese as well as Mandarin and English. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. The room was a good size compared to some Asian business-oriented hotel rooms that tend to be smaller efficiencies. We didn't take advantage of the food so I cannot review that.

Ex. Restaurant Manager around the world, in 4 to 5 stars hotels , I can really recommand this Hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, had everything to satisfy Asians and Western customers, and the personnel very friendly and efficients, just as much as the reception personnel who were also very efficients.. Thank you to all of them!! This Hotel did not get 5 stars just because there is no swimming pool but I give them a five stars for the efficient and flawless service.

I have just one liitle recommendation to the Housekeeping department.. Please put one more waste bin in the room for three peoples, (the one in the bathroom has its only purposes) as only one waste bin in the bedroom, is not enough at all!!! and can be messy, Thank you..

Well worth the money

Solid and reliable - just what you would expect from a four-star hotel. I drove to Tainan so I appreciated the underground parking lot. The rooms are large, comfortable, and soundproof. Also, even though the COVID-19 measures were in place, the hotel still offered a buffet breakfast which was a big plus. There is an option to mix your own tea from a variety of herbs which I made ample use of at breakfast.

The breakfast was very Chinese (Taiwanese) style. Most guests were local so it was probably OK for them but I would have appreciated more Western-style choices. Also, the TV channels included in the cable TV offer will bother you with neverending commercials which is, however, common in hotels around Taiwan.

All hotel staff were very nice except one during breakfast but it was holiday and restaurant was very busy. There is construction next to hotel, if you are in lower floor it might be loud but it was happening most of the time when we were not in hotel anyways (after 8am before 6pm).

Overall, the hotel feels a bit worn, even though I heard it was not that old.

The staff were very nice. Polite and helpful at all times.

Unfortunately the gym was closed because of the pandemic. Not the fault of the hotel.

A wonderful stay! The next time my family and I are in Tainan we will be back!

The staff were exceptional! Kind, helpful, friendly, attentive, accommodating. Everyone staff member my family and I interacted with were wonderful! For example, my youngest son hurt is ankle at a sports tournament during our stay and his ankle was quite swollen. When we returned to the hotel I asked the associate at the front desk for a bag of ice for my son's ankle. She asked me, "Big or small bag." I replied, "Big." Within minutes of returning to our room, a woman from the hospitality staff came to our room with a big bag of ice. She took out a smaller bag, took ice from the bigger bag, put it in the smaller bag and applied the smaller bag to my son's ankle. I was so touched by how the hospitality team member was so attentive and caring to my son. And, this is just one example of the kindness that was shown to my family and I during our stay.
